By combining structured training sessions with weekly internal games, the Fuego FC Grassroots Program creates a positive and competitive environment for players to grow within a team setting. Training focuses on game-realistic topics led by qualified Fuego FC coaches, followed by immediate opportunities for players to apply what they’ve learned in live, match-like scenarios. This approach allows players to develop confidence, decision-making, and creativity while staying true to the way the game is played.

All Fuego FC youth programs are built to provide a safe, respectful, and positive environment for players, families, coaches, and staff. We ask all participants to uphold the standards outlined in the Fuego FC Code of Conduct. By registering for and continuing to participate in Fuego FC programs, families and players agree to these expectations and values.

Fuego Grassroots Program (Summer) | Central Valley Fuego FC

Our skill training program is aimed at improving passing and receiving, control, dribbling and running with the ball, moves and turning, shooting and defending. The program will be built to allow progress over the 6-week session, making sure that participants first learn the basic skill sets that are critical to developing in each of these areas.

Players may enter with little or no prior experience as this is a beginner friendly program, and will leave equipped with the foundational abilities needed to confidently participate in organized 5v5 soccer matches. 

Each session will end with a game to ensure that all players have the opportunity to practice what he or she learned.
